The existing website was outdated, lacked visual appeal, and didn't fully convey the brand’s reputation for dependability. The goal was to create a modern, easy-to-navigate website that showcased Maytag's suite of hard-working appliances in a way that would invite users to spend more time exploring and absorbing product details.

Design Approach

Full-Width Product Imagery

One of the critical updates in the website redesign was the introduction of full-width product imagery. This design choice was crucial in showcasing Maytag’s range of appliances boldly and visually strikingly. The expansive images immediately draw the user’s attention, allowing the products to take center stage. This approach highlights the robustness of Maytag appliances and provides a cleaner, more modern aesthetic that is easy on the eyes.
